Our old electric piano kicked the bucket, so we were on a mission to get it replaced ASAP. I believe it was the owner who helped us! Not only did he know everything about all the options to choose from, he played sample pieces beautifully for us and made the experience all the more enjoyable. I highly recommended Keyboard Castle for all your piano needs!

Rick is super knowledgeable and you can tell he really loves what he does. I was in search of an affordable Nord Stage 3 and he reached out directly to Nord and found a great deal with a warranty that nothing online could beat. I will definitely be going back to him if I can’t find what I’m looking for on my own.

I walked in and looked around not finding what I was looking for in their big selection. The man working made contact with me when he got freed up from his other customer and he led me straight to the very one I was looking for! He was super knowledgeable about the brand, the product, and the prices/sales, and he even played it for me beautifully before letting me try it out. Love my new keyboard and the service was phenomenal!

I have doing business with Keyboard Kastle for many years. Greg as well as Rick are always great top work with. Richard also does excellent repair work on one of the church organs that I play as well as digital keyboards. I have just purchased an Allen Studio organ and am very happy with my investment. Plus if you need accessories, they've got them!

Rick was wonderful! After a few times coming in I thought I had the keyboard for me. Rick listened when I said my biggest problem was weak fingers the couldn’t press weighted keys. So he showed me a piece I hadn’t looked at before where I can change the keys resistance and it’s made a world of difference!

We were very happy with our visit to Keyboard Kastle and actually purchased 2 portable Grand pianos. Rick was the representative that helped us find what would be most compatible to what we were looking for for our home and church. His customer service was extremely satisfactory as he took the time to show us all of the features the instrument was capable of doing. That would be the only drawback to our visit. There are so many features that he took us through that when we left we were on overload! But Rick had shown Ross enough that he has been able to use the book and Rick's information to find out how to do most things. Overall this was a great experience and the piano that was recommended has met all of my husband's expectations. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Keyboard Kastle to anyone looking to purchase a piano or organ.

Great service from Rick at Keyboard Kastle! I was in search of a new keyboard as I am in the process of learning how to play. We visited Guitar Center but ended up leaving after not receiving any help. On our way home we noticed Keyboard Kastle and decided to stop by to have a look (we’ve never heard of this place). When we walked in Rick immediately greeted us and asked us what we were looking for. I let him know I was looking for a beginner keyboard as I had no experience. He showed me several different brands and explained the difference. He also played for us so that was an added bonus! My wife and I left for a little bit to discuss what we thought and ended up going back and purchasing a package deal! We did some price comparison and Keyboard Kastle beat Amazon and Guitar Center when it came to the package deal. Overall it was a great experience working with Rick!

I am glad I chose to buy a piano from here. They have a much more affordable and diverse selection than the other piano stores in the area. Rick did a great job demonstrating all of the features some of the pianos did. I am excited to try out my new piano! Also it had a discount because the box was damaged but the piano works fine!

Had a great experience with the folks with Keyboard Kastle. Had searched for an electronic piano in a variety of places and found one here. After I reached out to confirm and talk through the details, the service person and the manager/owner were extremely helpful in helping me decide. Offering servicing by inhouse techs. Definitely recommend them.

My piano teacher reccomended. Went early they let us in, listened as I told them what I was looking for. Oh my the wealth of information and love of music. We were showed many pianos and enjoyed listening as they played each one. We were there for hours and they were very patient. We bought a yamaha and when we got home and had questions they were so polite and walked me through over the phone. I 100% reccomend this place.

Really good customer service. I was there twice the worker there was really nice. He helped me pick a good piano to start. They have good selection of acoustic pianos; I bought a digital one as I am just starting to learn to play. Would highly recommend any one to visit the place if they are thinking to buy a piano. There is a good reason they have been in business since 1977.

They were so wonderful to work with! First they helped us choose a piano that would fit our needs and budget. Then, we wanted the piano to arrive in time for Christmas, but the one we wanted was out of stock and not due in until January (Thank you COVID...). They graciously offered to loan us a different version of the piano so that we could surprise our son with it Christmas morning. I can't believe how amazing they were to work with. We're grateful to have such a wonderful company here in Omaha!

we have purchased 3 digital pianos from keyboard Kastle between our two churches and one for personal use. We just love them! Greg has been so helpful anytime we call with a question. We are in West Central Iowa and they delivered and set up and also took away our old piano. I will continue to recommend them to anyone looking for a new piano! you guys are the best! (even if you are in the other side of the river! ) 😂😂 Go Iowa and Iowa State!!

Definitely the best place to get a keyboard/piano!! The owner is very knowledgeable and plays so well!! I felt like I didn’t have enough I wish he would’ve kept on playing after I bought my keyboard! The price is just right, the keyboard I bought is more expensive online and out of stock. The owner also gave me a free bench so that’s a bonus!

Last Sunday I was driving (while transporting my keyboard), and I had to make a quick stop. The keyboard fell to the floor of the car, breaking a key. Our music pastor suggested taking it to Keyboard Castle to get it fixed. My wife took it in on Monday afternoon. The service repairman was out to lunch at the time. It was acknowledged that at this time, if parts needed to be ordered, it could take a few weeks just for the shipping. Much too our surprise, later that day around 5:30, we received a call to inform us that they had fixed the key and they also fixed a dent on the chassis of the keyboard that was their when the keyboard was purchased. I was so pleased with the price of the repair, the swiftness of the repair, and how helpful they were to my wife. They really exceeded my expectations. This is the second experience I have had with the store as I have also previously purchased a keyboard from them. I would not hesitate in recommending their service or sales department. Great job guys, thank you for all you have done. Great customer service and very fair prices on repairs.
